At Rogue we are results driven and have had many success stories so far from a wide variety of people from all different backgrounds with different goals. You choose your goals, you choose your targets, we get you there! We offer personal training packages from 30 mins to 45 mins to suit all budgets and fitness levels.

Buddy Training

Rogue Fitness understands that sometimes you need a buddy to motivate you to do your best. That's why we offer training sessions for you and a friend. You can reap all the rewards of having your own personal trainer and share the cost. A buddy to motivate you couldn't hurt, friends that train together get results together! We offer packages from 30 mins to 45 mins to suit all budgets and fitness levels.

Small Group Training

Reap the rewards of having your very own personal trainer and share the cost. Small Group training is an even more affordable option for receiving a great workout, personalized attention, and the motivation of exercising with friends. You and up to 5 others will participate in a personal training program working to reach a common fitness goal! Small Group Personal Training Packages are available on request.
