Rogue Circuits

Like variety in your workout? Then our circuit training class is for you. A mixture of aerobic, strength and endurance exercises, it is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina.

The circuit training comprises of 12 strength and cardio exercises that are completed one exercise after another.

Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period.

The total number of circuits performed during a training session may vary from two to three depending on your training level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced).

A great class to mix up your gym routine. Perfect to work at your own pace.

Rogue HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This is a combination class designed to build strength, strip fat and burn a serious number of calories.

It incorporates a combination of HIIT exercises like running, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups, planks, lunges and squats which leads to a great full body workout.

These are the two most effective routes to body composition change (fat burn) - put them together and you have a tough but rewarding session that will get results fast.

Barbell Pump it!

A barbell class that sculpts, tones and strengthens your entire body. The workout challenges all of your major muscle groups focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.

It’s a fun and challenging way to workout and a fast way to get in shape. This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health.

Spinning is a low impact indoor cycling workout, which is great for cardiovascular conditioning and calorie burning. Burning up to 600 calories in one class!

A 60 minute combo class combining 45 minutes of Spinning with 15 minutes of Core work.

Spinning is a non impact cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. You WILL Sweat! The class incorporates, intervals, hills sprints and a few recovery Jogs. You will burn fat, build endurance, stamina and overall fitness levels.

All topped off with belly blasting core exercises.

The format of this class varies from week to week and is a combination of strength and aerobic conditioning. A mix of TRX, Kettlebells, resistance training, bodyweight and core work.
